Placement of an order
Please read these terms and conditions before placing your order, as you are accepting them when you place your order. If you wish to cancel within 24 hours of placing the order, we will wait 24 hours to ensure payment has been processed before shipping.
Cancelling an order
When an order has not yet been dispatched, the customer can cancel the order and receive a refund to the original payment account. If you take more than 24 hours to contact us about the cancellation, we will dispatch your item and will not be responsible for any dissatisfaction.
Acceptance of an order
In the confirmation email you receive after placing an order, you will find information about the order content and invoice.
Shipping
As of right now, we only ship within the United Kingdom. You have several options depending on the size of the items you are ordering. In light of the website, we use the option for the buyer to choose the correct delivery service. We will contact you immediately if we see that the option you have selected is incorrect and send you a link to make the correct payment for the shipping service. We will not refund you if you chose the incorrect one and were overcharged, for example (you ordered small items but selected a big delivery).
Small items (keychains, pins, stickers, cutiepacks, fortune slips, and scrolls) and big items (Lucky mystery boxes, wind chimes, and reusable sticker books) can be shipped as follows:

Depending on the relevant delivery option(s) at the time, the Buyer may choose from the above-mentioned options. Any damage caused by delays beyond Cutiemals' control or during transport is not covered by Cutiemals.
Damage or Lost
Each item is quality-checked before shipping. In the event that you receive an item damaged in your order, we ask that you contact us beforehand and send us photos so that we can assess it. As soon as we receive your request, we ask you to wait 15 to 20 business days before we can contact Royal Mail about this issue. We can make a damage claim with Royal Mail, and we can either refund you or send you a replacement for the damaged item.
Please contact Royal Mail immediately if your order goes missing, since they may have tried to deliver it and you weren't available, left it with a neighbor, or left it in a safe place. After checking all of these options, you may contact us for further assistance. To assist you further, we recommend that you open a request with Royal Mail regarding the lost item. For us to assess the situation and help you, please allow 14 to 20 business days. After this process has been completed with Royal Mail, we will then contact you regarding the missing item if it is still lost and send a replacement or refund based on your preference.
Returns Policy
If the product is not used, changed, worn out, or otherwise manipulated, Cutiemals accepts returns within 14 days of purchase. Original packaging must be returned with the product. Whenever you wish to make a return, please notify Cutiemals by email so that we have prior knowledge and consent. Buyers are responsible for returning orders at their own expense. You will only be refunded for the order and the initial delivery.
Liability
In spite of our efforts, we do not make any warranties, either express or implied, about the accuracy of the information on this website. Additionally, we do not make any warranties regarding the use of this website, and it is your responsibility to protect your own equipment from viruses.
Your rights are protected by the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act, 1980, and also the Consumer Protection Act, 2007, where you are a consumer. Nothing in this website shall affect your rights under the applicable law.
Severance
In the event that any of these terms and conditions are void, unlawful, or unenforceable for any reason, then such term or condition shall be severed from the remaining terms and conditions, which shall remain valid and enforceable.
